"Refund took way too long"
I ordered a few shirts and ended up sending them back the following week. The tracking showed they received my return, but my refund still didn’t show up for almost three weeks. Customer service did respond, but they mostly just told me to keep waiting. What made it more confusing was one email seemed to say one thing while another said something different, so I wasn’t really sure what was going on. It’s not the worst shop I’ve ordered from, but the refund process was definitely too slow for me.

"Easy exchange and quick help"
I had to swap my shirt for a different size, it was way easier than I expected. Customer service got back to me quickly and didn’t make the whole thing complicated, which I really appreciated. I always dread returns and exchanges for some reason, probably because I once spent like 40 minutes trying to print a return label at home with a printer that clearly hated me, but this was smooth. The new shirt showed up faster than I thought it would too, so overall I’m happy with the experience.

"Shockingly, a Website That Actually Works"
The site was easy to get around, which is always a nice surprise these days. I found what I needed without going on a 20-click treasure hunt, and checkout was simple too. It loaded fine on my phone, because apparently miracles still happen. Overall, smooth shopping experience and no real complaints from me

I had a couple of questions about sizing and shipping, and the staff were really helpful. It did take a little while to hear back, but once they replied, they got everything sorted out just fine. Overall, a good experience 🙂

"Pretty easy shopping trip"
I stopped in not really sure what to expect, but I was relieved after walking around for a bit. The store was clean, the floors looked taken care of, and the racks weren’t a mess. The fitting rooms were fine too, though it did get a little crowded near the front. Overall, it ended up being a good visit and I found what I needed without much hassle

"So Many Choices"
I went in last week, or maybe it was the week before, I can’t remember, but I was surprised by how much they had to choose from. I only meant to take a quick look and somehow ended up browsing way longer than planned. Definitely a good spot if you like having plenty of options

"Nice shirt, weird fit"
The shirt looked good at first. Nice style, decent material. But the fit was just off. Too tight around the chest, then kind of loose everywhere else. Felt awkward on me. I wanted to like it, but yeah… not really happy with it.

They actually had the sizes and colors I wanted in stock, which was a nice surprise. Ordering was easy and everything went through without any issues. if that starts changing I’d probably look somewhere else, but this time it was a smooth experience.

"Looked just like the photos"
I ordered a beach hoodie from Surf Style, it looked pretty much exactly like it did in the pictures. The colors matched, and the fit was about the same as how it looked on the model, which is always what you hope for, right? No weird surprises or anything, so I’m happy with it.

I ordered a couple of beach shirts from surfstyle and they were fine... just not really worth what I paid. The quality was decent, but nothing that stood out, and the shipping wasn’t exactly quick either. That kind of made the whole purchase feel a little less worth it. I might order again if they had a really good sale, but at full price... I’d probably pass.

"Pretty happy with my order"
I ordered a couple of shirts and some board shorts, and overall I’m happy with them. The quality is good, actually, good for the price, and the fabric feels nice. The colors looked just like the pictures too. One of the shirts was a little thinner than I expected, but it’s still totally wearable. I’d probably buy again if I came across a good deal.
